ABC Diet Day 3.

I didnt post for day 2 because my internet is rubbish and wasnt working so I will do it now…

 Day 2.

I was allowed to eat 500 calories and I ate 450 so it was a good day :)

Day 3.

Weighed myself today and have lost 2 lbs so far so thats good so far but I want to loose a LOT more!

ate 400 calories was only supposed to have 300 so not good but I did more excercise so I should be fine Can’t post ay pics of any thinspo tonight because my internet is pretty much down :(

ABC Diet 1st day.

I was allowed 500 calories and I had 500 calories so my first day went well. I was under and going to stay under but my mum made me eat pizza and I couldnt get out of it. But overall a good day :)

ABC day 1 so far…

not eaten yet and finding it quite easy :) going out to buy some green tea soon so I will burn some calories walking and it is a nice 0 calorie drink so plus allround!
